EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – Evansville Police say a man’s BAC was over twice the legal limit when they pulled him over with 3 children in his car.
Officers say 31-year-old Dominique Ware-Jackson was speeding down South Garvin Street just after 7:15 Friday night.
After police pulled the car over, they say they could smell raw marijuana coming from the car, and saw the three children in the back seat.
