HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — An Evansville woman is in custody, facing a neglect charge, after police say she left her four children with a neighbor while under the influence.
According to the Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Office, this happened late Friday night in the 1900 block of Belmar Lane. They say the Department of Child Services was also contacted.
