HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — An Evansville woman was arrested after police say she called dispatch at least 31 times in the past month.
45 year old Carrie Waggoner was arrested Friday. Police say they were sent to her apartment for a welfare check but no one answered the door. About 20 minutes later officers say they were called to the apartment again.
