HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) – A man died after drowning in a Pike County lake, and Indiana DNR has identified the deceased.
The man was identified as 49-year-old Brandon King of Princeton.
Joe Haywood with DNR says King and another person were fishing on private property about 1.5 miles north of Winslow when the boat they were in capsized. Haywood says the other person was able to get to shore to get help. The Pike County Sheriff’s Office responded and were able to get into the water and pull King out, but lifesaving measures were unsuccessful…
