HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) – An Evansville man is facing charges after police say he drove into a parked car “highly intoxicated”.
According to EPD, an officer responded to a property damage crash in the 1300 block of E. Indiana Street at about 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
Officers reportedly found a Hispanic male driver slumped over the wheel of a tan car and was met with a strong odor of alcohol. EPD says over a dozen beer cans was on the floorboards and seats. The driver was identified as 27-year-old Erik Alberto Pedro Ruiz…
