HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – The man accused of killing his wife and two other people in Haubstadt had a separate case heard in Gibson County Friday morning regarding alleged elder abuse and fraud.
Attorneys representing Patrick Waite filed the complaint after he was charged with the murder of his wife, Alma Waite, as well as Gloria Tapia Ramirez and Fernando Tapia Ramirez Sr..
