Three reportedly jumped, attacked someone leaving Dust Bowl

HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) – Three Evansville men are facing charges after reportedly jumping and attacking someone leaving the Evansville Dust Bowl.

According to affidavits from the Evansville Police Department, an officer was called on Saturday to the 400 block of S. Linwood Avenue for an assault in progress. The caller claimed four to five men jumped her son and left in a black Jeep.

The victim claimed he was at the Dust Bowl when someone in all black snatched a marijuana blunt from behind his ear. The victim reportedly told the snatcher to give it back and then told “he would be back.”

The victim went on to say a group followed him in a vehicle as he walked from the event to his house before three males got out and began attacking him with one of them hitting him on the top of his head with a handgun…
