Ordinance passes to address overcrowding at Evansville Animal Control

HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) – The Evansville City Council passes an ordinance to address overcrowding at Animal Control.

The ordinance cuts the stray hold time from seven days to four days for dogs, three days for cats and 24 hours for community cats.
