HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT)- The Evansville Fire Department will hold a ceremony to dedicate its newest piece of firefighting equipment today at the Ford Center.
Ordinance passes to address overcrowding at Evansville Animal Control
The new fire engine will be the latest addition to Fire Station Five. The new truck is capable of delivering 2,000 gallons of water per minute. The truck will bear the name of former firefighter Jimmy Mastison, who died in February. Mastison served the fire department from 1984 to 2019.
