Lab continues to examine DNA in Heather Teague case

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – A lab continues to examine DNA evidence from the Heather Teague case.

Kentucky State Police sent a bathing suit worn by Teague to an independent lab in March, but says they have not yet received a report. Troopers say the lab has new technology that can aid in the investigation.

Victim dies after fight outside Madisonville restaurant

Teague disappeared from Newburgh Beach in Henderson County in 1995. The only suspect in the case, Marty Dill, took his own life when KSP went to question him.

Teague’s body has not been found and no arrests have been made…
