Residents in a Northern Vanderburgh County neighborhood are feeling a little safer, now that an alleged burglar wearing a clown mask has been arrested.
Folks in the Wellington Acres neighborhood shared photos on social media of someone wearing a clown mask and allegedly stealing from vehicles. It is scary enough to have someone going through your personal things, but the clown mask elevates the fear a bit, don’t you think?
