HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – Officials have announced that Owensboro Municipal Utilities will be switching power providers in 2027.
OMU General Manager Tim Lyons says they will be switching from Big Rivers Electric to Next Era Energy. He says as energy prices continue to rise, they feel the changes will lessen the blow to its customers.
