HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – The Gibson County Health Departments said a pool of mosquitoes has tested positive for West Nile Virus, making Gibson county one of several Indiana counties where infected mosquitos have been found this year.
Health officials are urging people to stay indoors between dusk and down and to use insect repellent with DEET if anyone has to go outside. The public is also reminded to keep their grass trimmed and remove any standing water from their yard to help stop mosquitoes from breeding…
