HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – Oliver’s Heroes and the Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Office will dedicate a K9 training facility in memory of Joe Sells.
Sells was the founder of Oliver’s Heroes, an organization created to support retired K9s with veterinary care and nutritional needs. Officials say his commitment to police dogs lives on through the facility.
