EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – The Evansville Water and Sewer Utility says full closures on St. Joseph Avenue between the Lloyd Expressway and Illinois Street have ended.
Officials say the last closure ended Saturday morning, but work will continue along St. Joe.
Starting Monday, July 28, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., flaggers will be on St. Joe to install lane restrictions.
Officials say all lanes will be reduced to 10 feet wide, and there will be only one lane for southbound traffic…
