EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEVV) — Evansville Police say a man with a warrant is facing resisting law enforcement charges after driving away from the officers at a high rate of speed.
37-year-old Scotty Devers was initially approached at a gas station on North Fulton Avenue then was non-compliant with officers and fled the scene.
