EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – Plans are moving forward for new apartment complexes in Evansville.
Applications filed with the state show one would be built on North Burkhardt, in a section of undeveloped land south of Lynch.
The paperwork shows it’s called “Eastfield Reserve” and would have 240 apartments…
