Temperatures, which reach the upper 80s Saturday in cities like Paducah, Cape Girardeau, and Evansville, will gradually fall into the mid-70s by midweek.
According to the National Weather Service in Paducah, a stray shower or thunderstorm is possible late Saturday afternoon and evening across southern Illinois and southwest Indiana, though most areas will stay dry.
