HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — A wanted fugitive from Wabash County was arrested in Evansville on August 27 at approximately 6:27 a.m.
According to Wabash County Sheriff’s Office, deputies from multiple police departments apprehended Devin C. Brittain, 32, on a nationwide arrest warrant. Brittain was on the county’s “Most Wanted” list at the time of his arrest.
Brittain is currently in custody and is pending extradition to Illinois to face charges under the Wabash County warrant.
