EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WISH) — The Vanderburgh County Board of Commissioners approved a new ordinance allowing golf carts to be operated on county roads within residential subdivisions, aiming to improve safety.
The ordinance, enacted at the Commissioners’ regular meeting, permits golf carts on county roadways only within residential subdivisions, under strict safety and insurance requirements.
