A Boutique with a Mission
The Hope Gallery isn’t your typical boutique. It’s a place where creativity meets purpose, offering opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities to learn new skills, gain work experience, and build confidence. After three successful years in Newburgh, The Hope Gallery has outgrown its original home—and now it’s moving to a much larger space in Evansville, Indiana.
Mark Your Calendar: Grand Reopening in Evansville
The community is invited to celebrate The Hope Gallery’s Grand Reopening on Saturday, September 13th, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 1109 S Green River Rd, right across from Washington Square Mall.
Visitors can expect:
- Free treats and prizes
- Family-friendly activities for kids and adults
- 50% off all mosaic artwork
- A chance to meet the incredible Team Members who make The Hope Gallery possible
This celebration isn’t just about opening a new space; it’s about showcasing the hard work, talent, and creativity of adults with special needs.
Wonderfully Made. Perfectly Unique.
From day one, The Hope Gallery has been more than just a shop. Founder Jennifer Grimm Parker opened the boutique in 2021 with a mission to create a safe, welcoming environment where adults with special needs, many of whom have autism, could thrive.
Inside the gallery, Team Members craft unique items such as:
- Handmade mosaics
- Jewelry
- Woven artwork
- Other one-of-a-kind pieces
Every item on display has a story, and every purchase supports the empowerment of these artists.

Giving Back to the Community
The Hope Gallery doesn’t just stop at providing jobs and creative outlets. Team Members are also active in giving back to the Evansville and Newburgh communities. They offer free services like:
- Coin wrapping
- Shredding
- Trash cleanup
These contributions show that The Hope Gallery is more than a boutique; it’s a movement of inclusion, service, and empowerment.
Growing to Meet the Need
In just three and a half years, The Hope Gallery has seen incredible growth. What started as a small boutique in Newburgh has blossomed into a thriving community hub that now requires a larger space to keep up with demand. The move to Evansville is a reflection of that growth, and the new location promises even more opportunities for Team Members and customers alike.
