Evansville man to serve 20 years in federal prison for armed drug dealing

HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) – An Evansville man will spend the next 20 years in federal prison after being sentenced on distribution of meth, possession with intent to distribute fentanyl and felon in possession of a firearm.

According to court documents, beginning in October 2024, members of the DEA Evansville Resident Office and detectives with the Evansville Vanderburgh County Drug Task Force initiated an investigation into a drug trafficking organization by Troy Ogburn, 44.
