Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Office and Fire Department collaborate for DUI enforcement

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — The Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Office has announced a new partnership with the Vanderburgh County Fire Department that will streamline DUI enforcement on September 20.

According to the sheriff’s office, the fire department will be authorized to perform evidentiary blood draws in certain impaired driving investigations. The partnership is effective immediately.
