HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) – A Newburgh man is facing charges after allegedly passing out on the sidewalk, grabbing a nurse and kicking an officer while very drunk.
According to an affidavit, an officer was called on Wednesday at around 3 p.m. to the 6800 block of Logan Drive for a man that was reported to be acting strange. The caller claimed the male, walked up to a business and laid down on the sidewalk.
The man was later identified as Ian Connelly. The officer reportedly found half a pint of vodka that was already consumed. Connelly eventually woke up and would stare and not speak to the officer…
