EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEVV) — An Owensboro man is facing multiple charges after allegedly hitting a woman with his vehicle and fleeing the scene at Bally’s Evansville Casino & Hotel Parking Garage.
According to EPD, 51-year-old Matthew Stallings has been charged with Leaving the Scene of an Accident with Serious Bodily Injury as well as two other Drunk Driving charges.
