EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – Court records show that a USI resident that was arrested on rape and strangulation charges have been dismissed.
As we’ve previously reported, USI resident Devean White was arrested back in August after another resident told deputies he had grabbed her by the neck and sexually assaulted her.
Authorities went to White’s apartment in Ruston Hall where he was arrested and booked him into the Vanderburgh County Jail…
