EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEVV) — Evansville Police say they arrested a drunk driver who was involved in a race on the Lloyd Expressway.
Around 10 p.m., an officer said they spotted a Dodge Challenger and a sport bike racing down the Lloyd.
