Henderson teen sentenced to 15 years on manslaughter charges

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — A Henderson teenager has been sentenced to 15 years in prison on manslaughter charges.

According to the Commonwealth Attorney, Cameron Gilbert, 17, was sentenced on Tuesday for the following charges:

  • Manslaughter – 1st Degree
  • Wanton Endangerment – 1st Degree
  • Possession of Handgun by Minor

Officials say the incident resulted in injuries to the abdomen of Henderson-native Clifford Hargis, which ultimately resulted in his death.
