OWENSBORO, Ky. (WEVV) — As Hurricane Melissa, a Category 5 storm, approaches Jamaica, Dwayne White, owner of Jamaican Yard Vibes in Owensboro, expressed concern for his home island.
White has been in constant communication with his family in Jamaica as they prepared for the storm expected to make landfall on Tuesday.
