‘Horrors’: Dogs removed from terrible conditions twice in 4 months, police say

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – An Evansville woman is facing animal cruelty charges after police say three dogs were left for days at a time in a feces and urine filled home, with no access to food or water.

Officers say it’s not the first time the dogs had to be taken by animal control.
