The federal government is back in business but for millions of Americans living on SNAP benefits or homeless without any benefits it’s another day of wondering where their next meal is coming from.
Lisa Vaughan from Feed Evansville says that as of November first they’ve had over 9-thousand households in Vanderburgh county alone that didn’t get their SNAP benefits.
That organization and many others are trying to fill the gap until SNAP benefits are fully restored…
