EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE/Gray News) – Police in Indiana say a woman is in jail after attempting to hit a man with her car.
According to the Evansville Police Department, officers were called to the Sunoco gas station on Washington Avenue in reference to an assault.
Dispatch said a woman, later identified as Melissa Noble, attempted to run over a man with her vehicle.
Officers said the man told them that the situation started at Dollar Depot. He said he saw Noble shoplifting a phone charger and a charging block from the store while he was working…
