Christmas parades in the Tri-State for 2025

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – It’s that time of year where many towns break out their Christmas parades.

Here is the current list of upcoming Christmas parades in the Tri-State:

Kentucky

Daviess County

  • Owensboro-Daviess County Christmas Parade
    • Second and Pearl Streets, proceeds west on Second Street and ends at Second and Locust Street.
    • The parade is scheduled to start at 4:30 p.m. on November 22.

Henderson County

  • Henderson Downtown Merchant’s Christmas Parade
    • Main Street from Fifth Street to Washington Street, Washington Street to Elm Street and Elm Street back to Fifth Street.
    • The parade is scheduled to start at 10 a.m. on December 6.

Hancock County

  • Hawesville Parade
    • Will take place on Harrison Street.
    • The parade is scheduled to start at 1 p.m. on December 6.
  • Lewisport Parade
    • The starting point is Lewisport Community Center.
    • The parade is scheduled to start at 4:30 p.m. on December 6.

Hopkins County

  • Madisonville Christmas Parade
    • Will take place on Main Street.
    • The parade is scheduled to start at 5 p.m. on December 6.

Muhlenberg County

  • Greenville Christmas Parade
    • Will take place on 125 South Main Street.
    • The parade is scheduled to start at 6 p.m. on December 6.

Union County

  • Sturgis Parade of Lights
    • Starts at United Methodist Church on Ball Park Road. It will then south and east down Ball Park Road towards Junction Avenue, turn left onto Junction Avenue, turn right onto Harmon Street, turn left onto Fulton Street, turn left onto Park Street, turn right onto Junction Avenue and follow for 10 blocks, turn left onto Main Street and follow for 4 blocks. I will then end at Main and 4th Street.
    • The parade is scheduled to start at 6 p.m. on December 5.
  • Morganfield Christmas Parade
    • Starts at Morganfield City Park and continue down Main Street.
    • The parade is scheduled to start at 4 p.m. on December 21.

Indiana

Vanderburgh County

  • Evansville’s Christmas on North Main Parade
    • North Main Street, from Division Street to Garvin Park.
    • The parade is scheduled to start at 2:30 p.m. on November 23. Santa’s Workshop will occur before the parade from 12 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Hope City Church.

Posey County

  • Christmas in New Harmony
    • Main Street moving North from Steam Mill to Church Street – then East on Church to Brewery.
    • The parade is scheduled to start at 10:30 a.m. on December 6.

Warrick County

  • Boonville Christmas Parade
    • The parade will start at Boonville High School. It will then go towards West Locust Street, West Main Street, Mill Street, then circle back to the high school.
    • The parade is scheduled to start at 2 p.m. on December 7.

Spencer County

  • Santa Claus Christmas Parade
    • Starts at Holiday World’s Legend Parking Lot, travels up Highway 245 past Lake Rudolph and then St. Nicholas Church, turns left at the Santa Claus Fire Department onto Patricia Koch Drive, continues to Highway 162 past Circle S and ends at the Legend Lot.
    • The parade is scheduled to start at 1 p.m. on December 13.

Perry County

  • Tell City Strong Christmas Parade
    • The parade will be on 700 Main Street.
    • The parade will start at 4 p.m. on December 5.

Gibson County

  • Princeton Christmas Parade
    • South Hart Street merging onto South Main Street from West Pinkney. The parade will continue north up south Main Street and turn west on State Street, returning to South Hart Street. Free visits with Santa will immediately follow the parade in the Palace’s Montgomery Room on the north side of the courthouse.
    • The parade will start at 5 p.m. on December 7.

Illinois

Wabash County

  • Mt. Carmel Christmas Parade
    • Thae parade starts at 3rd and Market Street. It will then proceed North on Market Street to Eighth.
    • The parade will start at 5:15 p.m. on December 6.

Wayne County
