Have you heard of the flavor ‘ube’? Because listen… I wasn’t even sure how to pronounce it, let alone figure out what it was supposed to taste like. It sounds mysterious, it looks magical, and honestly, it gives off strong “created-by-a-unicorn” energy. I also just realized it is a yam! So we are making desserts and treats out of potatoes now??
