EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) — It Takes a Village (ITV) in Evansville is entering a new chapter by moving into a new building.
ITV staff says they have been recently feeling the effects of overcrowding with some dogs sleeping in crates in the main lobby at their Stockwell Road location. Now, things are looking up for the staff and their animals in the form of a new building.
“I try not to get too excited,” says Kennel Manager Anna Angermier. “We’ve had leads before and we got our hopes up and then it didn’t work out for one reason or another. This makes it very exciting because this opens up a lot of possibilities and a lot more for the animals.”…
