EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – Evansville Police say a burglary alarm led them to a man they say was throwing rocks through several windows.
According to police, the alarm company called 911 saying they could hear the sounds of glass breaking in the building in the 400 block of Northwest Fourth Street.
