EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – Evansville Police say two people are facing charges after a gun was pointed at a victim during an argument.
According to officers, 34-year-old Anothony Green was drunk and pulled out the gun after the victim said they told Green it was a toy.
EPD says 40-year-old Trashieca Drummer took the gun away from Green and threw it in a dumpster before leaving.
While police were talking to Green, they say Drummer came back to the 1300 block of Hatfield Drive and began yelling at the upper levels of the building…
