HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — More than 40 pounds of meth and more was seized in an Evansville drug bust.
A joint investigation between the DEA, Evansville Resident Office and the Evansville Vanderburgh County Drug Task Force lead to the arrest of Kamal Sims, 41.
On Tuesday, Sims was taken into custody after leaving a home in the 800 block of Sweetser Ave. Officials say they searched the home and found more than 40 pounds of methamphetamine, approximately one ounce of what police are calling “black fentanyl” and a fire arm.
