HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — Henderson County Animal Control is asking for help identifying someone who abandoned three puppies in a pet carrier.
According to animal control, three female puppies were found by someone walking down Wilson Drive in Country View. Animal control says all three puppies were contained together in a brown, plastic pet carrier that was filled with urine and feces with no food or water.
