HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – A civil lawsuit filed against an Evansville bar after a man was reportedly beaten by two bouncers has been settled.
Shane Hendrix filed a lawsuit against Chaser’s Bar and Grill earlier this year after a video surfaced showing him being beaten by two bouncers at the bar. Neil Chapman, the attorney for Hendrix, said the terms of the settlement are confidential.
According to the lawsuit, Hendrix was taken to the ground, punched, kicked and kneeled on him several times. Hendrix was taken to the hospital for treatment of “extensive injuries”…
