VANDERBURGH COUNTY, Ind. (WEVV) — A Kentucky woman has been arrested following a week-long investigation into a viral video incident involving pepper spray and food delivery.
The Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Office confirmed last week that Kourtney Stevenson was taken into custody by the McCracken County, Kentucky Sheriff’s Office. She faced charges of Battery and Consumer Product Tampering.
On Thursday, December 18, the Vanderburgh County Jail confirmed she was booked in their facility after transferred from McCracken County.
