HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — An update on the I-69 Ohio River Crossing claims that the project is more than halfway complete.
According to officials, lots of progress has been made on the approach roadways and bridges in Evansville. Officials say beams have been set, and the deck on the first new bridge is being poured.
Officials say work will be 60% complete by the end of the year. According to the project website, the crossing is scheduled to be complete by late 2026.
