HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) – An Evansville woman is arrested after police say three children under the age of seven were left home alone.
According to an affidavit by Evansville Police, officers tried to serve a warrant for Kareen Francois in the 7200 block of Blackford Avenue at 4:23 p.m. on Tuesday. EPD explains Francois had a warrant against her for neglect of a dependent.
