Parents of Kentucky State University shooting victim accused of intimidation

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (FOX 56) — The parents of De’Jon Fox Jr., the Kentucky State University student killed in a Dec. 9 campus shooting, reportedly turned themselves in to police custody on Christmas.

According to the Vanderburgh County Detention Center in Evansville, Indiana, Chardnae Lashaun Cleveland and De’Jon Darrell Fox were lodged on Dec. 25. The KSU parents had been charged with communication-intimidation and held on a $1,500 cash bond.

Court records show that an arrest warrant had been issued for Cleveland and Fox on Dec. 23, which was served on Christmas Day.
