HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – The Owensboro Police Department (OPD) is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing woman.
OPD says Jessica Nelson, 39, has been missing from Owensboro since December 30, 2025. Officers say Nelson has a shaved haircut, blue eyes, is approximately 5’ 2” and weighs 150 pounds.
