EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – Evansville Police say a man was drunk when he drove his truck into a parked truck.
Officers were called to the 400 block of SE Second St. by the Evansville Fire Department, who said 31-year-old Theodore Bieker was standing outside of his vehicle and appeared drunk.
According to police, Bieker smelled like alcohol and had glossy eyes when they arrived.
