EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – Big changes are coming to the West Lloyd Expressway.
Officials say they have completely finished the north side of the road between Boehne Camp road and Barker Avenue, marking what is essentially the halfway point of the project.
This means traffic will be shifted to the completed lanes so crews can get to work on the lanes currently in use…
