HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – Attorneys representing Larry Richmond, Sr. have entered a motion for continuance of his sentencing.
According to documents filed on behalf of the defense, an attorney representing Richmond has requested the delay due to a death in the family. The defense has proposed a conference to reschedule the sentencing the week of January 12.
