HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — The Owensboro Police Department is asking for help in finding a missing 17-year-old.
OPD says Charles Nasbitt has been missing since Saturday. Nasbitt is 5′8, weighs 125 pounds and has brown hair and green eyes.
