OWENSBORO, Ky. (FOX 56) — The Owensboro Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a teenager last seen Saturday.
Charles Nasbitt, 17, has been missing from Owensboro since Jan. 3.

Police said he is described as being 5-foot-8, weighing about 125 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes.
